McDonald’s University welcomed 35 students from different regions of Brazil for the Restaurant Leadership Practices, which took place from May 21 to 25, and had the pleasure of relying on consultants Luciano Canaverde and Jorge Victor Parreira as facilitators.

The purpose of the RLP is to develop the skills required for restaurant managers to successfully manage all their responsibilities at their restaurants, developing operational skills, thus promoting high performance teams.

In addition to being quite dynamic, the course really engages the students, due to the continued interaction between the participants. The proposed content is addressed effectively by the facilitators, mentioning examples from daily professional experience at the restaurant, and always conveying a message of reflection on leadership and sustainable management.

HU thanks and congratulates all the students, facilitators, and consultant Fernando Cunha, who is part of the team of facilitators from now on.
