BCDP – Classroom training and virtual
The Program’s 5 online sessions were held once a month, over a period of 5 months prior to the classroom sessions.
During this period, Consultants learned more about several tools based on the Consulting Process, which is Discovering, Exploring, Implementing and Improving both Customer Relationships and Business Results.
During the classroom sessions, participants were immersed in a hands-on Consulting experience, helping our guest franchisees to improve their fictional restaurants, facing a broad range of adverse scenarios.
The Program’s main goal is to provide a broad outlook on strategic decision-making and show Consultants how their jobs affect the company, strengthening their business knowledge and improving their skills as negotiators, leaders and communicators.
